A long-time British expat has died from a heart-related disease in Udon Thani, the forum Udon Map reported.

According to a forum member named Seahawk, Andrew Collins, whose age could not be verified, passed away at Udon Thani Hospital in the province’s Mueang subdistrict. Mr Collins reportedly died on February 7 due to a heart condition, the post said.

Mr Collins left behind his 27-year-old wife named Som, a stepson and his daughter. He had been living in Udon Thani for the past 20 years and “was a regular to a few drinking establishments”.
