A well-liked American photographer has died in Chiang Mai. The cause of death of the 57-year-old is still unclear.
Peter Brock, who, according to his own website Peter’s Journey>, “grew up in California but always yearned to see the world”, passed away between November 15th and 16th, 2018, a person close to the deceased told Farang Deaths in an e-mail.
Besides pursuing his passion for photography in his own studio in Chiang Mai’s Chang Phueak subdistrict, Mr Brock regularly donated to local charities. He also “regularly donate presents to orphanages during Christmas,” the source said about the 57-year-old.
Mr Brock was also a member of the local Chiang Mai Photography Meetup>. A ceremony was held at Wat Latthiwan (or Wat Kon Tan) where he was cremated.
