Robin Wallbank

In an Udon Thani expatriate forum, the news is doing the rounds that an elderly British long-term resident has died in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The death was reported by a forum user named “Drunk Monkey” without going into the circumstances of why he had passed away. He described Robin Wallbank as a “real character” and as a “nice, kind, gentle man”. Friends of Mr Wallbank said he enjoyed his life in Isaan and spent a lot of his time farming, training his dogs and conditioning horses.

As of this time, no further information have been published explaining the death of Mr Wallbank. His body was transported to Udon Thani Hospital where an autopsy is going to determine the official cause of death,
